Jeff Liberman is the Lieutenant responsible for the Long Beach Police Department's Port Police Division. The Port Police Division provides law enforcement, maritime homeland security, water and land patrol, and public safety dive services to the Port of Long Beach and the surrounding waterways. Lt. Liberman has worked a variety of assignments in his 20-year career including patrol, Special Enforcement, Violent Crimes and Robbery Investigations, Criminal Intelligence, and Administration. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from Fresno State University and a Master's Degree from Chapman University.
